The building is structured in three sections: a section with a ring shape around a central three-storey room, which is the heart of the complex; a compact section including a gym and the higher courses rooms, ; and a central section which articulates with the entrance, the administration zones and the library. The building spreads out in front of the Levante Avenue, where the main entrance is set, adapting itself to the abrupt topography, and the complex has a linear walkway with trees and the low-level disposition of the sports center courts and the parking lot. The volumes are built in brick with sliding windows in the rooms.
